Flomoxef exhibit activity against epidermides, streptococci, propionibacteria, and both methicillin-resistant and -susceptible Staphylococcus aureus. Flomoxef appear to be stable to the common plasmid beta-lactamases TEM and SH4V-1 or by the betalactamases of S. aureus or B. fragilis. |
