Fluticasone furoate prevents ovalbumin-induced lung eosinophilia in an allergic lung inflammation model in vivo (30 μg/brown Norway rat intratracheally) with much reduced or no potency toward mineralocorticoid, progesterone, androgen or estrogen receptors. |
