Monoclonal Anti-GFP IgG, CF^™ 488A antibody produced in mouse has been used in whole-mount immunolocalization experiment.

GFP (green fluorescence protein) is a reporter molecule which is used for checking gene expression and protein localization. GFP emits green light when it is excited with UV/blue light. The GFP fluorescence remains stable and can be detected non-invasively in living cells.
