The antibody recognizes the ~34 kD DARPP-32 protein phosphorylated at Thr75 protein in rat caudate lysate prepared from caudate slices that had been incubated in the absence and presence of okadaic acid. The labeling by the antibody to DARPP-32 Thr75 is markedly increased by the okadaic acid treatment.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
