| Application【应用】 | This Anti-GABA Transporter-2 Antibody is validated for use in IH, WB for the detection of GABA Transporter-2. Research Category Neuroscience Research Sub Category Ion Channels & Transporters Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:750 on 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. It is recommended that the antibody is diluted in PBS containing 10% normal goat serum and 0.5% Triton X-100. AB1572 has been used for light microscopic studies of the rat nervous system. Western blot: It has been reported that this antibody works for Western blot (Conti, 1999). Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user. |
