| General description【一般描述】 | Highly cross-linked polymethacrylate base material of TSKgel Octadecyl-2PW provides excellent stability in high pH buffer systems and can withstand rigorous cleaning with either acid or base. The 125Ã… pores allow for anaylsis of peptides up to 8,000 Da. Columns packed with larger particle sizes are available for semi-preparative scale separations. TSKgel Guard cartridges require a holder, which is sold separately. For 2 mm cartridges, the holder is Part No. 819308. For the 3.2 mm cartridges used to protect 4.6 mm columns, the holder is Part No. 819018. Reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) is the preferred method for analysis and purification of polar and nonpolar compounds that are soluble in mixtures of water and organic solvents. |
