| 应用 | Nalidixic acid is a synthetic 1,8-naphthyridine antimicrobial agent. It is also used as an inhibitor of bacterial DNA gyrase. It plays an important role in the treatment of urinary tract infections caused by susceptible gram-negative microorganisms, including the majority of E. Coli, Enterobacter species, Klebsiella species and Proteus species. |
