| Application【应用】 | In Vitro Toxicology Assay Kit, Sulforhodamine B based has been used for spectrophotometric measurement of biomass (viable and non-viable cells) by total protein. It has also been used to study the effect of 17-allylamino-17-demethoxygeldanamycin (17-AAG) on proliferation of the five uveal melanoma cell lines. Absorbance of dye is measured at a wavelength of 565nm. |
