| Cell Line Description【细胞系描述】 | Clone of RAJI selected for adherence to glass or plastic. Fibroblast like cell line. RAJI ′A′ was developed from the adherent sub-population of RAJI cells. Karyotype analysis demonstrated that RAJI ′A′ contains typical human chromosomes and the modal total chromosome number (47-48) is the same as that of RAJI. RAJI ′A′ is also identical to RAJI with respect to isoenzyme composition, susceptibility to EBV infection and inducibility of latent EBV. Ethnicity: Black. |
