| General description【一般描述】 | IKK α is a component of I-κ-B-kinase (IKK) core complex consisting of IKK α, IKK β and IKK γ and belongs to Ser/Thr protein kinase family. It has a pivotal role in NF-κ-B signaling pathway. Anti-IKK α antibody can be used in immunoblot for detecting IKKα (α subunit of IκB kinase). Rabbit anti-IKK α antibody reacts specifically with IKK α (85kD) and has shown no cross reactivity with IKK β or IKK γ. |
