TBS with Tween® (TBST)

Used in Western blotting protocols.

20X TBS (Tris Buffered Saline) solution consisting of 500mM Tris, 60mM KCl, 2.8M NaCl, and 1.0% Tween 20 in high purity dH₂O adjusted to pH 7.4.

Solution is 0.2 μm filtered and is supplied in an upright carton with a convenient dispensing spout.

Dilute to 1X with high purity water for a solution consisting of 25mM Tris, pH 7.4, 3.0mM KCl, 140mM NaCl and 0.05% Tween 20.
