A cell-permeable, potent, reversible, ATP-competitive, and selective inhibitor of myosin light chain kinase (K_i = 300 nM). Inhibits protein kinase A (K_i = 21 µM) and protein kinase C (K_i = 42 µM) at much higher concentrations.
