| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy(polyethylene glycol (DSPE-PEG) favors micelles formation due to a large hydrophilic head group. The portion of micelles is greater in the pure and polymer conjugated lipid mixture, when the latter concentration is more. The vesicle-to-micelle transition is also affected by the molecular weight of the conjugated polymer. |
