| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Platelet factor-4 (PF-4) or chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 4 is chemotactic towards neutrophils and monocytes and has been shown to inhibit angiogenesis. This protein associates with heparin and neutralizes it. It also neutralizes various negatively charged proteoglycans. |
