| General description【一般描述】 | Fermtech® Yeast Extract is designed as a low endotoxin peptone suitable for use in fermentation, cell culture media for cultivation of broad range fastidious microorganisms. Fermtech® Yeast Extract is a versatile growth promoting nutrient substrate which can replace serum component in cell culture media. Yeast extract is produced through auto-proteolytic reaction of Saccharomyces cells. The resultant derivative is a water-soluble peptone widely being used as an ingredient of microbial culture media. |
